The Suiika Jig – Designed for Shore and Offshore Anglers

The Suiika Jig was developed with a clear purpose: to give anglers an edge in both casting distance and strike efficiency. Unlike conventional jigs that either sink too quickly or too slowly, the Suiika Jig is engineered for a balanced sink rate—fast enough for excellent sensitivity, yet controlled to keep the lure longer in the strike zone of the water column where predatory fish are actively feeding.

Design Features

Tear-Drop Profile

The tear-drop profile is one of the most aerodynamic designs at subsonic speeds, making it ideal for long-distance casting from the shore. When you don’t have the advantage of a boat to chase schools or drift with the current, every extra meter in your cast matters. With its streamlined body, the Suiika Jig helps you reach deeper waters and more active fish that are often beyond the range of standard jigs.

When used offshore, this same design allows you to target specific depths. By controlling the fall, you can work the jig precisely within the water column where the fish are feeding, maximizing your hook-up potential.

Squid-Inspired Design?

The Suiika Jig takes inspiration from the squid. Its subtle fin-like ridges were created to generate extra water displacement and vibration, especially effective in low-visibility conditions. This added turbulence makes the jig stand out, drawing attention from curious predators even when sight is limited.

Scent Pockets

You need every edge you can get in pressured waters. Enhance the Suiika Jig with proven scents like the Pro-Cure Super Gel in the built-in scent pockets. Simply squirt in the scent into the top and bottom scent pockets, no need to dirty your hands by smearing the jig like you would with others. The scent pockets are designed to slowly release the attractant over time, increasing the jig's effectiveness as you work the jig within the water column.

Two-Tone Flash Design

Real baitfish don't reflect light evenly. Their bodies flash, light and dark as they turn, twist or flee. Our two-tone flash design is incorporated with the irregular fin ridges, creating an asymmetric, flickering signature in the water, looking more natural to predators. More effective than a single-color lure, we used high-tech industrial vacuum coating to create a high quality chrome base that stays on longer than traditional spray paint jobs. Higher cost, but well worth the quality.
