High carbon split ring pliers and cutters. 7 inches in length, these pliers are solid and durable with a comforting heft to it. The high carbon steel is highly resistant to rust even with repeated exposure to salt-water. At 7 inches long, these pliers also provide enough of a stand-off that you can use it to remove hooks.

The tungsten carbide cutter is replaceable and can be taken out with an Allen key (not provided).
