Ripple Fisher Runner Exceed
The Runner Exceed series is Ripple Fisher's flagship land-based bluewater casting rod range, purpose-built for anglers targeting powerful pelagic species from rocky shorelines. Developed through years of testing around Japan's rugged coastline, these rods are designed to handle everything from 5 kg kingfish to 20 kg+ amberjack, giant trevally (GT), and dogtooth tuna, while reducing angler fatigue during long casting sessions.
Unlike the more specialised Monster Impact series, which focuses on technical plugging and Hirasuzuki applications, the Runner Exceed range offers a broad lineup covering lighter technical shore casting through to extreme big-game rockshore fishing. Every model shares Ripple Fisher's philosophy of combining casting efficiency, fish-fighting control, and balanced blank loading, allowing anglers to fight fish effectively rather than relying on brute stiffness alone.
